I’m Ina Messer, a Health and Lifestyle Coach. I believe that an extraordinary life starts with self-care!
But it took me some time to realise that self-care and mindful eating is important.. I’ve been a full-time wife and Mum for many years. I was very happy taking care of my family. But when my two kids grew up and didn’t need me so much anymore I felt empty. I felt as if the best part of my life was gone and nothing exciting was going to happen to me anymore. I started feeling lethargic, invisible, anxious. I entered into a spiral of inactivity, eating unhealthy stuff, sleeping poorly.I was just not taking care of myself. I didn’t know who I was anymore or what my purpose was.

After years of education and research I decided to start my own business as a Health and Lifestyle Coach and have helped many women to take back control of their lives since then.

I love eating and living a healthy lifestyle without deprivation and I believe that you have the power to create exactly what you desire.Transforming yourself into a healthy, vigorous, interesting modern woman doesn’t have to mean giving up the fun.I would never ask you to resign yourself to a diet of “Nothing Delicious”. I could never do that to myself either. It’s all about working on some unhealthy behaviours and negative thoughts that are holding you from living the life you want. Negative thoughts are self-defeating so happiness starts by throwing them out of your head. A healthy mind is the best recipe for a fantastic life – and trust me, you will age better too!
Today I’m living the life I always wanted, I have happy relationships with the people in my life and I feel anything is possible. My purpose is to help you loving your life too, I know you can do it, because I’ve been there too, exactly where you are now. And I’m not a super woman. I’m just a normal woman who one day decided to live life to its fullest. I know you can do it too. We will find out what is stopping you from finding what you really want to do, building fulfilling relationships around you and loving and accepting each and every part of yourself.
